Sources of Flood Risk:The main source of flood risk to the site is from surface water. With furtherdevelopment and creation of impermeable surfaces, surface water flooding maybecome a problem. Stonebow Road, the main access roads to the site, is at riskfrom surface water.This site is shown to be partially within two of the County Council’s historic floodhotspots.The south-eastern part of the site falls within Flood Zone 3b and the Blue Zone ofthe Policy Maps.
