Sources of Flood Risk:Primary flood risk to the site is fluvial, resulting from overtopping of the unnamedtributaries of the Battleton Brook, to the central of the site. The central part of thesite fall within Flood Zone 3b and the Blue Zone of the Policy Maps. The A46 road,the main access road to the site, is at risk from fluvial flooding.Surface water presents a risk to the site. Further development and creation ofimpermeable surfaces may result in an increase of surface water flood risk.
