119. The Doctor <strong>of</strong> Engineering (EngD) in Offshore Renewable Engineering is <strong>of</strong>fered<br />

jointly by the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Edinburgh</strong>, the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> Strathclyde and the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

Exeter and the awards are made jointly in the names <strong>of</strong> all three universities. The <strong>University</strong><br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>Edinburgh</strong> is currently the Administering <strong>University</strong> and programme regulations and<br />

further in<strong>for</strong>mation about the programme is available on the website <strong>of</strong> the Industrial<br />

Doctoral centre <strong>for</strong> Offshore Renewable Energy (IDCORE) http://www.idcore.ac.uk/<br />

2. These Regulations, including Assessment Regulation (2012/2013), shall apply to<br />

degrees as set out in appendix 1 <strong>of</strong> this Resolution.<br />

3. This Resolution shall supersede those parts <strong>of</strong> all previous Resolutions and Ordinances<br />

dealing with postgraduate regulations <strong>for</strong> degrees set out in appendix 1 and specifically<br />

revokes Resolution 17/2011.<br />

4. This Resolution shall come into <strong>for</strong>ce with effect from the commencement <strong>of</strong> the<br />

2012/2013 academic session on 1 August 2012.<br />
