The paper presents the final draft <strong>of</strong> the <strong>University</strong>’s new Strategic Plan 2012-2016. The content<br />
reflects the discussions <strong>of</strong> <strong>University</strong> committees, focus groups, thematic Vice-Principals, EUSA<br />
<strong>of</strong>ficers, trade unions and other key stakeholders. This final draft also incorporates amendments<br />
suggested by PSG, CMG, FGPC, and Court in recent weeks.<br />

Court members are asked to consider and approve the final draft <strong>of</strong> the Plan.<br />
Resource implications<br />
Does the paper have resource implications? One <strong>of</strong> the purposes <strong>of</strong> the <strong>University</strong>’s Strategic Plan is<br />
to in<strong>for</strong>m the allocation <strong>of</strong> resources.<br />
Risk Assessment<br />
Monitoring <strong>of</strong> progress against the <strong>University</strong>’s Strategic Plan targets <strong>for</strong>ms a key element <strong>of</strong> the<br />
<strong>University</strong>’s approach to risk assessment.<br />

strategic theme, but references are also threaded through other parts <strong>of</strong> the plan, particularly the<br />
