Current practice<br />

The <strong>University</strong> does not have a policy regarding mail and email correspondence in <strong>Gaelic</strong>.<br />

Actions Lead Timescale<br />

Staff to be given the opportunity to have bilingual versions <strong>of</strong> their email signature,<br />

charitable strapline and out-<strong>of</strong>-<strong>of</strong>fice messages made available to them.<br />

The <strong>University</strong> will accept correspondence in <strong>Gaelic</strong> and will reply in <strong>Gaelic</strong> when a<br />

response is required.<br />
