• Circuits for resolving actions arising from road<br />

accidents and traffic violations: these have the<br />

jurisdiction for resolving compensation matters<br />

resulting from death or damage to property. As well,<br />

these circuits resolve all violations provided for under<br />

the Traffic Law and its Implementing Regulations. (2)<br />

• Circuits for resolving disputes relating to real<br />

estates: These circuits relate to disputes relating<br />

to ownership, rights attached to property, disputes<br />

relating to damage resulting from property or those<br />

who benefit from the property, eviction actions,<br />

actions regarding payment of rent, actions regarding<br />

prevention of trespass to possession, actions for<br />

reclaiming possessions. These circuits do not resolve<br />

matters relating to property transferred through<br />

inheritance as such fall under the jurisdiction of the<br />

family courts. (3)<br />

• Circuits for resolving all lawsuits: these circuits<br />

are formed in districts where there are no specialized<br />

courts in such types of cases; they consider family<br />

matters cases, commercial actions, and labor disputes<br />

in districts where such types of specialized courts do<br />
