adjacent bodies to serve all employees now totaling<br />

more than twenty three thousand (23,000) through<br />

phone network. This is an advanced system permitting<br />

conducting phone calls (audio and video conference)<br />

between the employees of the Ministry of Justice.<br />

3) Digital cameras equipped with internet protocol<br />

technology administered centrally so security men<br />

of the Ministry of Justice headquarter are enabled to<br />

monitor all cites and trace and check recordings easily.<br />

4) Installing building management system (BMS) so<br />

engineers can control and maintain mechanical<br />

equipment of the Ministry of Justice.<br />

5) Activation of the internal electronic gate which<br />

provide all services relating to employees; the services<br />

provided include the following: enquiries about<br />

financial entitlements (salaries, secondments and<br />

overtime payment), employment information, leave<br />

balances, electronic email services and providing<br />

internet services, besides video conferences.<br />

6) Electronic communication system to receive calls and<br />

information from all bodies of the Ministry of Justice<br />

via IVR system so all received calls will be dealt with<br />

promptly.<br />

7) Indexes for measuring performance in courts and<br />

notaries so performance will be checked and resources<br />

will be managed and distributed accordingly.<br />

8) Litigation and remote simultaneous translation<br />

(interpretation) – this is a distinguished service<br />

available in the Saudi courts.<br />
