Second: Training of the Judges:<br />

1. Training of Judges:<br />

King Abdulla Project for Reforming the Judiciary has<br />

paid much attention to training the human cadres in the<br />

judiciary and other judicial institutions. Since launching<br />

of the Project, the Ministry of Justice has conducted many<br />

training programs for judges, notaries, support staff and<br />

leading administrative staff. More than two thousand fifty<br />

three (2053) of the staff have received training during<br />

1428H – 1429H including two hundred seventy eight (287)<br />

judges and one hundred thirty five (135) notaries in the<br />

Higher Institute of the Judiciary in Imam Mohammed Ibn<br />

Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, Naif Arab University for<br />

Security Science and the Institute of Banking of the Saudi<br />

Arabian Monetary Agency.<br />

During the period 1430H - 1431H (corresponding to<br />

2009 - 2010), one thousand one hundred seventy four<br />

(1174) employees (administrative staff and notaries)<br />

received training, and four thousand five hundred fifty one<br />

(4551) employees received training during 1432H - 1433H<br />

(corresponding to). The training growth percentage of the<br />

staff of the Ministry of Justice increased in 1433H - 1434H<br />

(corresponding to 2012 - 2013) increasing the number<br />

to sixty thousand eight hundred fifty (60850) trainees<br />

and some of those programs were outside Saudi Arabia.<br />
