Reality Check
WHAT WOULD MAKE
YOUR PARKING EXPERIENCE
BETTER AT KLIA?
“There are plenty of empty car park bays.”
This issue’s Reality Check is all about ensuring better parking
facilities at the airports. Runway to Success (RtS 2020), Malaysia
Airports’ five-year business plan, has listed car park facilities as
one of its priorities under Total Airport Experience and intends
to improve facilities for its passengers. But, what do you think
of the current facilities and what would you like to see implemented
in the future? And what better way to provide room for
improvement than by receiving feedback from the people who
use the car parks the most – passengers and airport staff? Here’s
what some of them had to say.
“Despite the walkalators, it is still a long journey from the car
park to the Departure or Arrival halls. This is especially so for
the elderly.”
“There are days
when I can’t find
an empty car park
space but there
are days when it
takes me less than
a minute.”
IKRAM BAHAUDIN AND
MOHD ADRI DAHALAN
“We always manage to find spots to park our cars and the car
park is pretty huge.”
