Tickle your taste buds with some fine sushi!
If you're looking to have your protein intake for the day,
we suggest the Sushi Sashimi Platter which has salmon,
tuna and mackerel sushi apart from cucumber maki rolls
and salmon sashimi. Dip your sushi in soy sauce or smear
a little wasabi and wash it down with a hearty bowl of
miso soup. The month of November also sees Fukuya
rolling out its Dory Katsu Set. The dory fish is deep-fried
in a breadcrumb batter and served with salmon egg
rolls, pickled lady fingers topped with shredded dry fish,
a bowl of white rice, salad and miso soup.
Sushi Sashimi Platter
For December, all lights are on the Spicy Tuna Donburi
and the Niku Jaga Imo. The former is tuna mixed with a
tinge of chilli powder, chilli oil, mayonnaise to calm the
heat for all you non-spicy eaters, sesame seed and spring
onions, all served on a bed of fluffy white rice. The dish
comes with a bowl of miso soup. Meanwhile, the latter
is a beef and potato dish with glass noodles in a sweet
soya sauce broth. The beef is simmered for at least an
hour and served with peas and carrots apart from a bowl
of white rice, salad with sesame seed dressing, pickled
radish and cucumbers and fruit of the day.
