There's a new Premier Lounge in the area if you're looking for
an intimate atmosphere with some of the most scenic airport
panoramic views. Located on the 9th floor of the Sama-Sama
Hotel KLIA, the lounge offers a quick relaxation treat for those
after a long business meeting or long haul flight as well as being
perfect for a pre-dinner beverage or a late night port. Guests
staying on the 9th floor and all suites receive an exclusive access
to the Premier Lounge, along with a range of special privileges
which include:
• Complimentary coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks from 6am
till 11pm
• Complimentary breakfast from 6am till 11am
• Complimentary evening cocktails from 6pm till 8pm

in its bids to lure
more premium
passengers to
KL International
Airport (KLIA).
The facility is
outlined in Runway to Success 2020 (RtS2020)’s strategic pillar,
Total Airport Experience (TAE), in line with its mission to provide
joyful experience.

officiated the launch on October 21 in the presence of Malaysia
Airports' senior management team and journalists.
• Complimentary pressing or dry cleaning of 2 items daily
• Complimentary parking in the basement garage (not applicable
for valet parking)

He said, "The KLIA Premier Access provides a seamless
experience to departure and arrival travellers with a unique
hospitality standard of services which allows passengers a priority
access lane right to the boarding gate. Currently, the service is
available at the KLIA main terminal only and there is a plan to
provide similar service to klia2."
For a premium package, the service includes meet and greet at
Level 5, kerbside where the Kiosk is located or at Sama-Sama
Hotel and passengers will be transferred by a buggy right to the
lounge. A light refreshment is served throughout the day with
free internet and Wi-Fi access up to maximum three hours usage.
With the priority access pass, passengers are escorted to the
dedicated lane for security check at Immigration and Customs,
train ride to Satellite Building and departure gate. Rates for
individual, couple or family are available and booking can be
