6 Legal instruments adopted by the <strong>ECB</strong> concerning banking supervision The following table lists the legal instruments concerning banking supervision that were adopted in 2016 by the <strong>ECB</strong> and published in the Official Journal of the European Union and/or on the <strong>ECB</strong>’s website.
