ith a beautiful array of product choices and<br />
ingredients you can trust, Elevé Cosmetics<br />
promises to have something for everyone. We<br />
fell in love with the luxury beauty brand after attending its<br />
launch party last year and since then we’ve been OBSESSED,<br />
to put it mildly. With so many incredible things to love<br />
about the line, from the creamy Bombshell Foundations<br />
to the sultry Lip Pops and more, we knew we had to take<br />
a closer look into the brand to find out who the Beauty<br />
and Brains are behind this operation. We sat down with<br />
Founder Gertie Wilson to get the inside story and let’s just<br />
say, all the synonyms for the word GORGEOUS couldn’t fully<br />
describe the spirit and passion that define this incredible<br />
woman, and the luxurious products she’s created.<br />

the Beauty industry, it’s getting the chance to empower<br />
and inspire women through the art of creativity and<br />

expression. As a beauty professional, what is your<br />
favorite thing about the Industry and how has it<br />
impacted your life and the life of others?<br />
Gerti Wilson: Getting to work with women from all walks of<br />
life is truly inspiring. I enjoy making them look and feel good<br />
inside and out, and I can honestly say that’s my favorite part<br />
about this business. It’s amazing to know I have the power<br />
to have a positive impact on someone’s life. Whether it’s<br />
dolling up a bride for her Big Day, or simply doing a makeover<br />
on someone who has never worn makeup before,<br />
having the opportunity to bond with women and share in<br />
that special moment is such a pleasure.<br />
<strong>InFluential</strong>: As a Makeup Artist, what made you decide<br />
to start your own beauty line despite all the competitive<br />
brands out in the market today?<br />
GW: After working in the industry as a Makeup Artist for<br />
many years and dealing with women with all different<br />
