KNOW THAT IT’S NOT JUST YOU<br />
Keep in mind as you have a panic<br />
attack that everyone has problems, and<br />
that everyone has an off day. Even the rich<br />
and famous have negative situations, and<br />
theirs are plastered on the front of papers<br />
around the world. Nothing is so bad that<br />
it’s worth letting yourself get worked up<br />
over it. Channel that energy into solving<br />
problems instead.<br />

KNOW YOUR PANIC<br />
ATTACK PATTERNS<br />
You can better prepare yourself for an<br />
oncoming attack if you know your panic<br />
attack patterns. For example, some people<br />
have attacks of as short as 15 seconds<br />
while others may have single attacks that<br />
last for half an hour or more. Still other<br />
people can have multiple consecutive<br />
attacks in a small time frame. Knowing<br />
what triggers your attacks and how long<br />
they will last will help you to weather them<br />
as calmly as possible.<br />
