GET ENOUGH VITAMIN C<br />

The role that Vitamin C plays in<br />

hair loss prevention cannot be ignored.<br />

Collagen, a protein essential in maintaining<br />

the body’s tissues and hair, is spurred on<br />

by vitamin C. If you are deficient in vitamin<br />

C, eat more citrus fruits or perhaps a<br />

candy drop with a high vitamin C content.<br />

Contrary to popular belief, it is<br />

important that you wash your hair daily.<br />

By not washing your hair everyday, you<br />

are allowing sebum to build on your<br />

scalp, which in turn, causes hair loss.<br />

If you are concerned about washing<br />

your hair daily, you could try using<br />

a gentle shampoo or conditioner.<br />

Some hair loss is normal, most people<br />

lose between 50 and 100 hairs each day. If<br />

you think your hair loss is beyond normal,<br />

speak to your doctor or dermatologist as<br />

they will be able to provide you with hair<br />
