TRY ACNE-CONTROL PRODUCTS<br />

If acne has become a problem then<br />

you may want to realistically start looking<br />

at products like proactive. Proactive<br />

works by controlling the PH level of your<br />

skin and as such creates an environment<br />

inhospitable to bacterial growth. It is<br />

important with Proactive however to be<br />

consistent with it’s use as non-routine use<br />

results in minimal results.<br />

GO EASY ON CAFFEINE<br />

Avoid caffeine to keep your skin nice<br />

and clear. Caffeine triggers your body to<br />

produce more stress hormones. Stress<br />

hormones will cause your body to react<br />

in ways that will increase the amount of<br />

acne flare-ups. Stay away from caffeine<br />

containing products to help clear up your<br />

acne issues.<br />

DO NOT PICK YOUR ACNE<br />

Resist the urge to pick areas on<br />

your face affected by acne. Scratching<br />

and picking acne with your nails, a<br />

needle or a pair of tweezers can cause<br />

further irritation and prolong healing<br />

time. By doing this you can also transfer<br />

harmful bacteria onto your face and can<br />

cause skin infections.<br />

USE ORANGE PEEL<br />

Pimples can be cleared up with the help of an orange. Just peel an orange and use<br />

a rolling pin to roll it out. Apply it to the area with the pimples, and it can help to clear<br />

them up a bit quicker than they would on their own.<br />

TRY A HOMEMADE MASK<br />

Mix lemon juice, yogurt, milk, and honey together in a dish. Apply it to your face<br />

and let it sit for about twenty minutes. Rinse your skin thoroughly. Do this daily and you<br />

will see a reduction in the amount of acne that you have. It is one of the best natural<br />

face masks to treat acne.<br />
