EXERCISE ON A REGULAR BASIS<br />

Try exercising on a regular basis<br />

if you are having problems with your<br />

back. Being lazy will only make the issue<br />

worse than it already is. While you want<br />

to increase your level of physical activity,<br />

refrain from things that may result in too<br />

added pregnancy weight can put pressure<br />

on your back and neck causing discomfort.<br />

a chiropractor can relieve up to 85 percent<br />

of back pain associated with pregnancy.<br />

Being pregnant can lead to subluxation<br />

of the spine for a number of reasons.<br />

The sudden gain in weight and change of<br />

posture can cause problems and spinal pain.<br />

Additionally, when you are pregnant, your<br />

sleep habits and positions may change. On<br />

top of all that, your ligaments will naturally<br />

loosen to accommodate your growing baby.<br />

All this adds ups to some very good reasons<br />

for chiropractic care during pregnancy.<br />
