EAT HEALTHY FOODS
Eat foods that are known to promote
good eye health. This includes a variety of
leafy green vegetables, such as collards,
kale and spinach. Citrus fruits provide
vitamin C, which can help to maintain
your eyesight. In addition, protein sources
such as beans, eggs, and lentils can prove
beneficial to your eyes.
CHECK FOR EXCESSIVE BLINKING
If you blink a lot, your eyes may
have an issue. If your eyes are not dry, it
may be some sort of nervous tic caused by
stress. If this happens, try to relax. If a tic
is unlikely, talk with your ophthalmologist.
MAINTAIN MOISTURE
LEVEL OF HOME
Take a look at the air conditioning and
heating used in your home. When they
are running often, like in the summer
and winter, they can cause dry eyes.
As opposed to not using them, use a
humidifier to properly moisturize the air
circulating in your home. The moisture
level in the home will prevent your eyes
from feeling irritation due to dryness.
