YOGURT AND GARLIC
Garlic helps to prevent yeast
infections. Many places now sell garlic pills,
or you can add it to your diet. In addition
to garlic, try to consume two cups of yogurt
a day to help prevent yeast infections.
To help combat a yeast infection, use
yogurt. The good bacteria in yogurt can
help you find relief from a yeast infection,
either eaten or applied externally. Just
be sure to get yogurt that is plain and
unsweetened. Any variety with sugar is
only going to make the condition worse.
DRINK APPLE-CIDER VINEGAR
Drinking apple-cider vinegar should
help your body fight the yeast infection. If
you cannot stand the strong taste, mix the
vinegar in some water and add sugar to it.
Do not apply apple-cider vinegar directly
to your skin: even though it will efficiently
treat your yeast infection, it will worsen
the burning sensation.
DO NOT DOUCHE
If you have a yeast infection, you should avoid douching for a couple of weeks.
You need to wait and let your vagina fight the yeast infection without washing off the
good bacteria by douching. If you want to make the itching and burning go away, take a
cold bath.
DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE
Drink cranberry juice to treat your yeast infection. This juice is great for urinary
tract issues, but it can effectively treat yeast infections, too. It will help flush out the
bacteria and fungi that is causing the infection. Drinking a couple of cups a day for a
couple of weeks can help get rid of the discomfort and infection.
