LET YOURSELF FEEL EMOTIONS<br />

Releasing endorphins is going<br />

to make you feel great. Laugh and cry<br />

but be sure to laugh more than you<br />

cry. If it takes a funny movie or a funny<br />

book to bring out the laughter, take<br />

the time to watch or read them. It is<br />

the body’s natural way to feel good.<br />

If you want to have the feeling of being<br />

forever young, then you will want to<br />

maintain a healthy lifestyle and laugh.<br />

Laughing reduces stress and stress is not<br />

good for anyone, whether they are young<br />

or old. Laughter also helps circulation,<br />

lowers blood pressure, reduces negativity,<br />

improves respiration and encourages<br />

digestion. These are all good things,<br />

when living a healthy lifestyle, so laugh<br />

and laugh often!<br />

EXERCISE ON A REGULAR BASIS<br />

To slow down the aging process,<br />

exercise is extremely important. By<br />

exercising several times a week, you will<br />

help your body keep its muscle strength,<br />

stamina, balance and bone density. It<br />

is important to include cardio routines<br />

as well as strength training sessions, in<br />

order to keep the aging process from<br />

going too fast.<br />
