DON’T SPEND TOO MUCH<br />

Do not waste your time and money<br />

when trying to get to your fitness goals.<br />

There are many products and devices out<br />

there that will gladly take all that you will<br />

give. Why go for that when you have a free<br />

resource outside your front door? Your<br />

sidewalk is free to use and has no limit as<br />

to where it can take you.<br />

WORK OUT IN A<br />

DIFFERENT POSITION<br />

If you are one of the many people who<br />

sit at a desk all day, using a recumbent<br />

or regular bike for your workout may not<br />

be your best bet. Instead, try an exercise<br />

like running or soccer that gets you into<br />

an upright position and stretches out<br />

your muscles. Working out in a different<br />

position than you are accustomed to<br />

prevents the aches and pains that result<br />

from being in the same position all day.<br />

Hopefully these fitness tips were not too<br />

difficult to understand. They should have<br />

provided you with some insight into what<br />

you can expect from this activity. You<br />

should now feel a bit more relaxed and<br />

ready to start your own routine. Try using<br />

these tips when planning your routine.<br />
