TAPE YOUR FINGERS<br />

If you have a finger or two that<br />

always seems to get jammed during sports<br />

or training, try taping them. All you do is<br />

tape them to a neighboring finger as a bit<br />

of added support. This added strength<br />

will be less likely to cause those fingers to<br />

bend at strange angles.<br />

GO SHOE SHOPPING<br />

IN THE EVENING<br />

When shopping for shoes for your fitness<br />

workouts, try going at the latter part of the<br />

day. This is because at the end of the day,<br />

your feet swell and are at their largest. You<br />

should leave at least half an inch between<br />

your toe and the end of the shoe.<br />

INCREASE YOUR RANGE OF MOTION<br />

Do your crunches with a rolled<br />

up towel or small exercise ball tucked<br />

under your lower back. You will work<br />

harder to keep your balance, which helps<br />

your body stretch. The chance you will<br />

get injured from this method is minimal<br />

as well.<br />
