WHITENING PRODUCTS
If you are noticing that you are experiencing
more breakouts around your mouth than
usual, you may want to reconsider using
the tooth whitening products that you
have been using. Some of them have been
found to cause acne breakouts. Give them
up for a while and see if the area around
your mouth clears up.
WIPE SWEAT OFF FACE
An important tip to consider
when concerning acne is to be sure to
wipe sweat away from the face during
physical activity as often as possible.
This is important to keep your skin clear
and free from dirt, oil and bacteria. Be
sure to try to use a towel so as to not
introduce additional dirt, oil or bacteria
from your hand.
KEEP STRESS AT BAY
Cortisol is released into your system when you are under stress.
It is one of the big causes for an acne breakout. If you can find a way
to reduce or eliminate stress you will find that you will not suffer from
quite as many breakouts. Cortisol clogs pores and causes the breakouts.
In conclusion, natural might just be the way to go for you and your skin problems. A
simplified routine is easier to stick with, and natural products tend to go a long way
for very little money. There’s even the added benefit of avoiding pushy salespeople in
department stores as well. Your skin and your wallet will thank you.
