work, try to do it away from your computer.<br />

tends to lead to hunching over and other<br />

bad posture habits. Instead, print out<br />

the reading material or save a copy on a<br />

tablet device; then, sit in a chair that is<br />

more conducive to good reading posture.<br />

In conclusion, you know how bad it<br />

can be to try to get through a day with<br />

terrible back pain. Hopefully, the above<br />

tips will help you manage the pain. These<br />

could also aid you to not only take care<br />

of yourself but also any loved ones who<br />

suffer from the same problems.<br />
