LOSE THE EXCESS FATS<br />

One great way to get rid of cellulite<br />

is to lose excess fat that your body is<br />

carrying. Fat loss techniques vary, but<br />

one tried and true method is to take up a<br />

low carbohydrate diet. By increasing your<br />

intake of protein and fat and decreasing<br />

your carbohydrates, you can successfully<br />

burn off some of your stored fat and thus<br />

reduce cellulite formation.<br />

SWITCH TO HEALTHY FOOD<br />

One of the best things you can<br />

do about cellulite is to watch what you<br />

eat. You need to eat a diet that has less<br />

processed foods and fats and more<br />

fiber, fruit and vegetables. Foods with<br />

chemicals, preservatives and such are not<br />

able to be fully flushed from your body.<br />

Make sure to eat a healthy diet. It’s important<br />

that your skin gets all the nutrients it<br />

needs. Foods rich in antioxidants will help<br />

produce collagen, which keeps your skin<br />

plump. Plenty of vitamin E, C, and omega-3<br />

fatty acids will greatly improve the feel and<br />

texture of your skin.<br />

INCREASE ACTIVITY LEVEL<br />

Increasing your activity level can<br />

be a big help in the fight against cellulite.<br />

Cardio classes, strength training and even<br />

brisk walking all help to burn the fat that<br />

goes into making that ugly cellulite on your<br />

thighs. Increase exercises that tone your<br />

thighs to keep your skin elastic and smooth.<br />
