routine. After all, fitness is an activity<br />

FOLLOW PROPER FORM<br />

Form is crucial in many of the<br />

exercises that you will be doing. Many<br />

people do not have the right form<br />

when they perform a squat. To do this,<br />

put a bench underneath you before<br />

you squat. Then bend your knees<br />

until your butt touches the bench.<br />

One way to stay healthy and fit when<br />

working out is to do all that you can<br />

to prevent neck injury. Never exert<br />

yourself without proper guidance and<br />

knowledge. Always use proper form<br />

when performing any type of strength<br />

building exercise. Be sure to stretch<br />

your neck properly before and after<br />

the workout.<br />
