Avoid eating too much salt and sugar. You should entirely eliminate both of these from
your diet. Eating too much salt or sugar can contribute to hair loss and make it harder
to grow your hair back. Most vegetables have their own sodium, so cut back on the salt
and you will come to like them even more.
GET ENOUGH ANTIOXIDANTS
To avoid thinning hair and hair loss, get enough antioxidants. Antioxidants are
good for a lot of things, including improving the immune system and ridding the body
of toxins, and when your body works better, it has more resources to devote to keeping
every part of you healthy — including your hair.
TRY HOME REMEDIES
If you have people in your family that
suffer from hair loss, you may want to try
this technique to prevent it from happening
to you. Boil peach leaves, burdock, nettle,
rosemary and sage together. Allow the
mixture to cool and massage your scalp
with it three times a week.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
Talk to your doctor if you feel the
hair loss you are experiencing
is not normal. It is completely normal
to lose between 50 to 100 hairs a
day. If you feel like you are beyond
the normal and are concerned about
it, ask you doctor what you can do.
The thing about hair loss is that it’s
something that can happen to anyone. It
doesn’t really discriminate. When you’re
ready to fight back and to stop losing and/
or re-grow that head of hair you once
had, you only need to use the tips you’ve
learned above. They should definitely
work for you.
