Many active and healthy women have cellulite, and many more folks have the<br />

problem, too. If you don’t want cellulite anymore, read this walkthrough.<br />

Both men and women can<br />

have cellulite, but women are<br />

more likely to be affected by<br />

it. The reason for this may<br />

be partly hormonal, or it<br />

may be the result of the type of fat and<br />

connective tissue females typically have.<br />

The condition is not well understood,<br />

and more research is required.<br />

Cellulite may be caused by poor diet<br />

choices that are high in fat, salt,<br />

carbohydrates and minimal fiber. People<br />

who smoke, do not exercise enough<br />

and sit or stand for extended periods<br />

of time are also more likely to develop<br />

cellulite. Genetics may also make some<br />

people predisposed to the condition.<br />

Most women think that cellulite tends to be<br />

one of the saddest sights on the body. While<br />

it is quite common, such dimpled skin can<br />

truly impact self-esteem. If you don’t want<br />
