Knowledge Management
To support quality decision-making in the school, the Knowledge Management Committee hopes to create an evidencebased
culture. This includes capturing, sharing, analysing data, and then using it to make informed decisions.
As with past years, the committee works closely with the school to maintain its data and making it accessible to our
staff. The information of our students are shared with the relevant staff, providing them with a holistic profile of their
students to support their teaching and learning in the classrooms.
The committee also ensures a smooth procedure facilitating the writing of our graduating students’ testimonials in
order for the testimonials to be true reflections of the students’ achievements in both academic and non-academic
areas in their years in Mayflower Secondary School.
The committee continues to strive to equip our staff with data analytical skills to deepen sound decision-making
process in the school.
