Character And Citizenship<br />
Education (CCE)<br />
The goal of Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) is to inculcate values and develop competencies in our students<br />
to help them grow as <strong>Mayflower</strong>ians who are good individuals and useful citizens.<br />
The school’s CCE curriculum adopts a future-oriented focus through the use of life experiences and stories as contexts<br />
for learning to prepare students for future responsibilities and equip them to make well-considered decisions. Students<br />
learn the values of responsibility, respect, integrity, care and harmony, which are fundamental to nurturing good<br />
<strong>Mayflower</strong>ian qualities through engagement in discussions, presentations, and other learning experiences. Various key<br />
programmes such as NE, ECG, and VIA complement their learning as well.<br />
The MF Character Award is given to students who demonstrated exemplary behaviour and good character in their daily<br />
lives at MF. This award is presented to nominated students twice a year.<br />
