Education and Career
Guidance (ECG)
The school’s ECG programme aims to
equip Mayflowerians with the necessary
knowledge, skills and values to make
decisions at each key education stage
for successful transition from school
to further education or work, and
hence to plan and manage their career
pathways and learning throughout their
lives. ECG is important to prepare our
Mayflowerians for the world of work,
equip them with the skills to remain
competitive in the global economy
and above all, to lead meaningful and
productive lives.
Key programmes, meaningful learning
journey trips and work attachment
programmes are planned to give
students opportunities to be kept up to
date with the evolving landscape of the
labour market. We also work hand-inhand
with Junior Colleges, Polytechnics
and industry partners to provide
comprehensive ECG support for our
students.
