VPA, AM and OM coordinates On-the-Job-Training<br />
(OJT) for EAS in their respective job functions. The<br />
main purpose of these trainings is to provide excellent<br />
service to staff members and stakeholders. EAS are<br />
organised into project teams to encourage ownership<br />
in looking into innovations to improve work, especially<br />
in the areas of school safety and curriculum support.<br />
