Student Development
Having adopted the motto of ‘Every Student Matters’, the committee aims to help every student to attain academic
success and MF outcomes.
Our vision is to build a culture of care in which students enjoy coming to school, are engaged in learning and motivated
to give their best and feel a sense of achievemen attachment to the school. The team continues to provide a caring and
supportive environment for our students at all levels. We believe in developing Mayflowerians in their emotional and
social skills in order for them to make informed decisions with regards to post-secondary education and career so as to
make them realise the MF Promise.
