SWIP SOME LAPS<br />

Do a lot of swimming during the<br />

non-winter seasons. When you swim, your<br />

body is relaxed, so acne is less likely to<br />

form. Chlorine might help reduce your<br />

acne. However, if you notice your acne is<br />

getting worse, you might be reacting to<br />

chlorine or another chemical.<br />
