8. CONCLUSIONS<br />
For every company the strategic and operational planning are vital areas. A lot<br />
of interdependencies should be taken into consideration. Since the whole task is<br />
complex, a program for computer aided integrated business planning (IBS) would<br />
have a real value for managers.<br />
The IBS process for agriculture would consist of two stages. In certain cases<br />
they can be carried out in a loop. The first stage is the determination of the target<br />
structure of the production and fixed resources. The second stage is the computation<br />
of the path to the target. At a latter stage, additional constraints can be introduced<br />
as well. Both stages use optimization algorithms, most probably mixed<br />
integer programing.<br />
As the starting point of an IBP system, existing systems can be used<br />
([gospodarstwo]). Some standards for data structures and data exchange in agriculture<br />
already exist ([FAO AIMS], [AgroXML] etc.).<br />
