services, e-commerce, strategy of introduction of ground radio broadcast and digital<br />

TV, common computer literacy, information exclusion prevention, increasing<br />

vocational IT training, etc.<br />

6. STATE OF RESEARCH CONCERN<strong>IN</strong>G eADM<strong>IN</strong>ISTATION<br />

Input data that reflect parameters of the object in question are indispensable to<br />

identify the object. The experiment studies the condition of the state budget in the<br />

years 1997-2006 [Tchórzewski J., 2007].<br />

Data were grouped into input data u (fig. 1) and output data y (fig. 2), and were<br />

labeled as follows for the purpose of the presented experiment:<br />

u1 – a total of employed in the state economy ( data for the end of the period)<br />

[thousands of persons],<br />

u2 – total number of the unemployed (data for the end of the period) [thousands<br />

of persons],<br />
