Each criterion has its weight on a scale from 1 to 10. The highest significance<br />

is 10, and 1 is the lowest. Then we may calculate the probability of elearning<br />

successful implementation in our enterprise by using the weighted average<br />

method:<br />

In our case, we use the following formula. The weighted average (expressed as a<br />

percentage) is the sum of the percentages of the chosen criterion multiplied by its<br />
