access to economic departments of the National Court Register, Lien Register and<br />
Central Information of these register (in 2009-2010), Integrated Budget by Task<br />
Management System (2007-2010) or consolidation and centralization of tax and<br />
customs systems in 2007-2013.<br />
The other group comprises of suprasectoral telecom projects such as: e.g.<br />
E-Puap – electronic platform for public administration services (2006-2008),<br />
E-Puap 2 – (2008-2013), pl.ID – (among the others: biometric identity card, integration<br />
of PESEL register with TERYT 2, NIP, REGON, KRS, systems for realestate<br />
registers and other registers – 2008-2013).<br />
It should be underlined that this sketchy depiction if existing information and<br />
management systems equipped with relevant instruments of knowledge may be<br />
efficiently applied not only in personal policy of administration but also in promoting<br />
knowledge concealed in the organization.<br />
For this reason a financial department having at disposal over 400 information<br />
systems (80 central ones) aims to combine them within systems for consolidation<br />
and centralization of tax and customs by 2013. A crucial issue for accomplishment<br />
of the task is setting up the Centre for Data Processing (CPD) which according to<br />
the Decision No. 17/2008 of the Steering Committee for IT Systems in the<br />
Department of Finance from 25 June 2008 on securing services of safe data processing<br />
for the Department of Finance was situated in Radom 7 . Priority ventures<br />
carried out by 2010 (also by 2013 for a selection of projects for customs administration)<br />
involve:<br />
� establishing Poltax porting that functions on new SO Linux and Oracle 10<br />
servers for all revenue branches,<br />
� complete implementing ISKOS system for all Revenue Control Branches,<br />
� implementing in revenue branches (US) of the Central Register of Entities<br />
SERCE,<br />
� implementing electronic service of the state budget for all trustees using the<br />
Electronic Service of Budget Trustees (EODB),<br />
� customs projects (12 European customs systems) 8 ,<br />
