Instructions:
1 cup hot water
1. Add the oil and sugar to a bowl and mix till creamy.
2. Pour the orange juice and hot water and mix till well combined.
3. Add the flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix till well
combined.
4. Add orange zest and mix till well combined.
5. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated 400 Fahrenheit oven
for 40 minutes.
6. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
