41. Simple Chocolate Truffles
Chocolate is easy to store and can be fresh for a month. Make sure you keep
it at the right temperature to avoid mold.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
1 avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 tablespoon salt
¼ tablespoon cocoa powder
1. Add the chocolate, avocado, salt and vanilla to a bowl and mix till well
combined.
2. Refrigerate for 25 minutes.
