Patricia Baker - Lockdown Cookbook (2020)

Instructions:
1. Add the stock, bay leaves and lemon to a pan and boil.
2. Add chicken and cook till soft.
3. Drain the chicken and chop it finely.
4. Clean the lettuce and place it on a plate.
5. Add the dressing, bacon, bay leaves and chicken to a bowl and mix till
well combined.
6. Spoon it over the lettuce leaves and serve with a sprinkling of parmesan
on top.
