1. Cut half an inch off the tops of the tomatoes (reserve for later) and use a
spoon to remove the seeds.
2. Add to a bowl along with the cheese, cream, egg, basil, and ketchup and
mix till well combined.
3. Place the tomatoes on a baking tray and add a tablespoon of the mixture
into each.
4. Season them and add the tops.
5. Bake in a preheated 300 Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes.
6. Serve warm.
