2. Take it off the flame and add the flour.
3. Mix it till it has well combined and forms a dough.
4. Allow the dough to reach room temperature before adding an egg and
mix till well combined.
5. Add vanilla extract and mix.
6. Heat the oil in a deep pot.
7. Add the mixture into a piping bag and pipe 2 cm long pipes into the oil.
8. You can cut the batter using scissors to get even shapes.
9. Once brown, add to tissues to drain excess oil.
10. Add the powdered sugar and cinnamon to a plate and mix till well
combined.
11. Roll the churros in the mixture and serve immediately.
