Instructions:
1 teaspoon salt
1. Boil 5 quarts of water with a teaspoon of salt and cook the pasta.
2. After 10 minutes, add the peas to the water.
3. Once done, drain the water and reserve ¼ cup.
4. Add the pasta to a pan along with the oil, salt, pasta water and cheese and
simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Serve warm.
