screen. After the registr<strong>at</strong>ion screen, the final screen confirmed th<strong>at</strong> the<br />

install was complete (Figure 29).<br />

9.4 Configuring the TDP for <strong>Oracle</strong> client options file<br />

After installing TDP for <strong>Oracle</strong> for Windows, you need to configure the client<br />

options file (dsm.opt). There is an icon in the Tivoli Storage Manager<br />

program folder th<strong>at</strong> opens the dsm.opt file using notepad.exe. You can use<br />

wh<strong>at</strong>ever text editor you wish.<br />

This file is loc<strong>at</strong>ed in the directory \AgentOBA. In our case,<br />

this directory is ‘c:\program files\Tivoli\TSM\AgentOBA’ (Figure 30).<br />
