C.3.1 Multi-buffering<br />

The crosscheck backup command requires a maintenance channel.<br />

The alloc<strong>at</strong>e channel command itself needs no additional environment<br />

parameters, because the tdpo.opt file is loc<strong>at</strong>ed in the default install<strong>at</strong>ion<br />

directory.<br />
