NOTES: The Overall Readiness Result shall be “Pass” if the vehicle meets the following<br />
criteria:<br />
1. For vehicles model year 2000 or older: no more than two (2) non-continuous<br />
monitors are Not Ready.<br />
2. For vehicles model year 2001 or newer: no more than one (1) non-continuous<br />
monitor is Not Ready.<br />
3. For vehicles that had a catalytic converter DTC (P0420 through P0439) on the<br />
previous inspection: the Catalyst Monitor must be Ready for the Retest or the<br />
vehicle shall be turned away.<br />
