C. Headlamps:<br />
Inspect For And Reject If:<br />
1. Any motor vehicle that does not have headlights.<br />
2. A headlight or headlight system does not meet SAE or DOT standards.<br />
3. Any headlight fails to light in the low or high position.<br />
4. Any lens that is broken.<br />
5. Any headlight that is not securely mounted.<br />
6. If horizontal aim is not within specifications.<br />
7. If vertical aim is not within specifications.<br />
