Inspect For And Reject If:
A. Any of the following are present:
1. The plate is damaged, not securely mounted,
faded, repainted or not clearly visible
(bumper, trailer hitch or other accessory must
not interfere with view).
2. The license plate is not mounted in the proper
location on the rear of the vehicle (if the
vehicle has been issued only one rear plate) or
if both license plates are not mounted in the
proper locations (if the vehicle has been
issued two plates).

3. There is a decorative license plate or license plate replica not issued by the
Registry of Motor Vehicles on which any jurisdiction name appears.
B. License Plate Decal:
1. The license plate decal does not match with expiration date on Certificate of
Registration.
