Example of Initialization Parameters for a Server<br />

The following example shows sample initialization parameters for a server with LU<br />

name <strong>FTP</strong>01.<br />

If this server is the receiving part of a transfer, it periodically takes a checkpoint<br />

after every 50KB have been received. If a name for a new receiving physical<br />

sequential data set or PDS must be created, this server uses the string DVG as the<br />

first qualifier. This server can process file-transfer requests with classes 9, 3,<br />

and 1. The entry (MODEENT) in the module table (MODTAB) uses the name<br />

<strong>FTP</strong>BIND.<br />
